| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje systém financování veřejných vysokých škol v České republice a jeho změny. Zpočátku podrobně popisuje naše vysoké školství a upozorňuje na jeho nedostatky. V další části se zabývá současným systémem financování veřejných vysokých škol, diskutuje jeho největší problémy a popisuje připravované změny, které by tyto nedostatky mohly odstranit. Největší část je pak věnována otázce zavedení školného. Jsou zde nastíněny argumenty pro a proti jeho zavedení. Tato práce představuje dvě konkrétní formy finanční spoluúčasti studentů, komparuje jejich slabé a silné stránky a snaží se tak navrhnout nejvhodnější model pro Českou republiku. Také je ukázáno, jak by se mohl zlepšit současný systém finanční podpory studentů, a na závěr je zmapována současná situace v České republice týkající se zavedení školného. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis analyses system of financing public higher education in the Czech republic and its changes. At first it describes our higher education and draws attention to its shortcomings. In the next part it focuses on current system of financing public higher education, discusses its greatest problems and describes upcoming changes. The largest part is about the schoolfee. It features arguments for and against its implementation. This thesis presents two concrete forms of schoolfee, compares their weak and strong points and tries to find the most acceptable model for the Czech republic. It points to possibilities how to improve the system of student financial support. In the last part the present situation of the implementation of the schoolfee in the Czech republic is described. |
