Cílem práce je zhodnocení systému zaměstnaneckých výhod ve společnosti Albi Česká republika a.s. a možného dopadu krize na jejich systém zaměstnaneckých výhod. V závěru bakalářské práce se nachází krátké dotazníkové šetření, které je zaměřeno na zjištění spokojenosti zaměstnanců společnosti Albi Česká republika a.s. s poskytovanými zaměstnaneckými výhodami. |

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the system of the employee benefits in this particular company and the possible impact of the crisis on their employee benefits. In the end is a short questionnaire that is intended to ascertain the satisfaction of employees in Albi Česká republika a.s. with provided benefits. |
