| Abstract: | Tématem této práce je lobbing, konkrétně je těžištěm komparace návrhů zákonů na regulaci lobbingu v České republice a Slovenské republice. Nejdříve se práce zaměřuje na historii pojmu lobbing, jeho vývoj a vnímání ve společnosti. Důležitou součástí úvodní kapitoly je i vymezení pojmu lobbing vůči korupci, pojmenování společných i rozdílných znaků. Další část je věnována popisu a představení základních teoretických přístupů k regulaci lobbingu a vymezení pojmu lobbing, což je zásadní pro možnost jeho úspěšné regulace. Hlavní část práce představuje postupně oba návrhy zákonů tak, aby je bylo možno následně komparovat. Práce si klade za cíl odpovědět na tři základní otázky "V čem se lobbing liší od prostého ovlivňování něčího názoru?", "Nakolik souvisí precizní vymezení pojmu lobbing s možností jeho kvalitní regulace?"a "Jaké jsou rozdíly mezi českou a slovenskou navrhovanou úpravou lobbingu?" |

| Abstract: | The theme of this work is lobbying, specifically the focus on the comparison of bills regulating lobbying in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic. First, the work focuses on the history of the concept of lobbying, its development and perception in society. An important part of the introductory chapter is the definition of lobbying against corruption, naming both common and different characters. Another section is devoted to describing and showing the basic theoretical approaches to the regulation of lobbying and the definition of lobbying, which is central in the successful regulation. The main part introduce both bills so that than can be compared. This study aims to answer three basic questions. What is difference between lobbying and simple influence one's opinion? How much is related precise definition of lobbying with the quality of regulation? What are the differences between Czech and Slovak bills? |
