| Abstract: | Daná bakalářská práce je věnována zkoumání teoretických základů pracovní motivace. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza systému motivace jednání a spokojenosti personálu s práci na příkladu podniku Beltelecom a vypracování doporučení za účelem zvýšení efektivnosti motivačního systému pro zajištění účinnějšího výkonu ze strany zaměstnanců a odstranění zjištěných nedostatků. |
