| Abstract: | Systémy pro správu dokumentů jsou moderním trendem k úspěšnému vedení firmy. Jejich důležitost a efektivita stále roste se zdokonalujícími se technologiemi. Správa dokumentů je oblast, ve které firma může ušetřit náklady nebo získat konkurenční výhodu. Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje správu dokumentů na příkladu konkrétní firmy, která se zabývá výrobou a distribucí implantabilní kardiostimulační techniky. Situace správy dokumentů není ve firmě uspokojivá, a proto management firmy požádal autora této bakalářské práce k vypracování analýzy situace správy dokumentů, zjištění případných nedostatků a návrhu možného řešení, jak situaci vyřešit. |

| Abstract: | Document management systems are modern trend for successful company leadership. Their importance grows with still improving technologies. Document management is a sphere in witch the company can save costs and gain competitive adventage. This bachelor work analyzes the document management on the example of specific company, engaged in the manufacture and distribution of implantable pacemaker technology. The situation with document management isn't satisfactory and therefore the company management asked the author of this bachelor work for make an analysis of the situation with document management, identify any failures and propose possible solution how to resolve the situation. |
