| Abstract: | První kapitola (teoretická část) definuje podnik, jeho okolí, marketing, marketingové nástroje a marketingovou komunikaci. Druhá kapitola se zabývá praktickou částí. První podkapitola popisuje Teorii moderní firmy, její základy, východiska a teorie s ní spojené. Druhá podkapitola představuje společnost CS-Mtrade, s.r.o., její současný marketing a SWOT analýzu. Třetí podkapitola se zaměřuje na aplikaci Teorie moderní firmy na společnost CS-Mtrade,s.r.o., pomocí analýzy konkurenceschopnosti a perspektiv a doporučení do budoucna. |

First sub-chapter describes the Modern company theory, its basics and theories connected with it. Second sub-chapter presents company CS-Mtrade, its actual marketing strategy and SWOT analysis. Third sub-chapter focuses on application of Moder company theory on company CS-Mtrade by making analysis of competitiveness and making suggestions for the future. |
