| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá energetickou politikou EU a její realizací. V první kapitole je naznačen vývoj této politiky od samého počátku až po současnost. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na energetickou závislost EU a zajišťování jednotlivých energetických zdrojů.Třetí kapitola pak shrnuje vztahy EU a Ruské federace v oblasti energetiky. Popisuje právní rámec vztahů mezi těmito zeměmi, jejich vzájemnou závislost, problémy ve vzájemných energetických vztazích a v závěru poukazuje na možnosti řešení energetické závislosti EU na Ruské federaci. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of energy policy of the European Union and its implementation. The first chapter outlines the development of this policy. The second chapter concentrates on energy dependence and replies the question how the EU ensures its energy sources. The last chapter summarizes the EU relations with the Russian Federation in energy sector, the energy dependence, the conflicts in these relations and the possibilities of solving the problem of the energy dependence. |
