| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je prostřednictvím marketingového výzkumu analyzovat znalosti spotřebitelů v oblasti svých práv a povinností provozovatelů restaurací. Výzkum je prováděn formou dotazníkového šetření a je zaměřen na široku veřejnost. Další částí této práce je provedení vlastního výzkumu v předem vybraných restaurací a následná analýza zjištěných skutečností. Tato analýza je zaměřena na zjišťování dodržování povinností restaurací u vybraných ukazatelů. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this Bachelor's Thesis is to analyse consumer knowledge of their rights and responsibilities of restaurants through marketing research. The research is performed by questionnaire and is aimed at the general public. Another part of this work is to undertake its own research in pre-selected restaurants, and subsequent analysis of the findings. This analysis is aimed at determining compliance with the obligations of restaurants in selected indicators. |
