| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem rozhodnutí Soudního dvora EU na čtyři svobody Evropské unie, kterými jsou volný pohyb zboží, služeb, kapitálu a pracovních sil. Práce představuje činnost této evropské instituce v kontextu historických událostí, které provázely ekonomickou integraci v rámci EU. Vytyčuje významné mezníky a působnost evropského práva. Uvádí také jednotlivá řízení, která mají na čtyři svobody EU vliv. Jádrem práce jsou však jednotlivé rozsudky, které měly na čtyři svobody dopad, a které tak významně ovlivnily podobu čtyř svobod. Následně je v práci představena současná podoba Soudního dvora EU a jeho působnost. Prostor je také věnován změnám v činnosti této instituce, které přinesla Lisabonská smlouva, a potenciálnímu vlivu Soudního dvora EU na čtyři svobody do budoucna. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is concerned with the impact of judgements made by the Court of Justice of European Union. It particularly deals with judgements which influenced four freedoms, which are free movement of goods, services, capital and labour forces. The thesis presents activity of this institution in context with historic development of economic integration within EU. It also mentions sphere of action and proceedings which influence four freedoms most. The main focus is laid on particular judgements and decisions which created four freedoms in the way we take part on them these days. A particular space is dedicated to the way of how the Court of Juctice of European Union works and to changes brought by Lisbon Treaty. The thesis also analyzes the impact on four freedoms that the Court might have in future. |
