| Abstract: | Tato práce je zaměřená na analýzu vybraných částí logistického systému ve společnosti Východočeská tiskárna s.r.o. V první části jsou vysvětleny teoretické základy nutné pro pochopení následujících analýz a hodnocení založených na principech logistiky. Samotné analýzy jednotlivých prvků logistického řetězce jsou hlavní náplní druhé části práce. Blíže jsou hodnoceny různé způsoby dopravy směrem do i ven z podniku, je potvrzena výhodnost použití vlastní dopravy vzhledem k nákladům a závěr práce hodnotí aktuální informační systém podniku spolu s analýzou cyklu zákaznické objednávky. Jako poslední jsou popsány aktuální důvody, proč se v tuto chvíli podniku nehodí/nevyplatí zavádět systém čárových kódů. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is focused on analysis of the selected parts of the logistic supply chain in company Východočeská tiskárna, spol. s r.o.. The first part explains the theoretical fundaments that are needed to understand following analysis and rating based on logistics principles. Analysis of parts of the logistic supply chain is the main part of the second chapter. More detailed study is made on topics such as choosing the right way of transport for the way (in /out) (to/from) the company, it is confirmed that company's own transportation service is profitable considering its cost and at the end of this thesis is evaluated company's information system and the cycle of customer's order. At last are given the reasons why the company won't introduce the usage of system of bar codes at the time. |
