| Abstract: | Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo nastínit problematiku založení podniku a tím napomoci čtenářům k jejich budoucím podnikatelským záměrům. Obsah práce neobsáhne až detailní problematiku založení podniku, ale jen naznačuje nejpodstatnější oblasti, bez kterých bychom se při jeho zakládání neobešli. Tato práce také není doslovný návod, jak bychom měli ve skutečnosti přesně postupovat, protože teorie a realita se někdy rozcházejí, a proto by čtenář měl k této práci přistupovat s nadhledem. Během vypracování této práce jsem nasbírala mnohem cenných informací, které jednou zcela jistě využiji k založení své vlastní firmy. Toto pokládám za nejcennější přínos a doufám, že i čtenář ocení mou snahu o zlepšení celkového podnikatelského rozhledu a pohledu na svět podnikání. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to outline the problems of establishing a business and thus help readers to their future business ventures. It includes the content of the work taken up the issue of establishing a business, but only indicates the most important, without which we did not go to his creation. This work is also not a literal guide, as we should in fact do exactly, because the theory and reality sometimes differ, and therefore readers of this work is approached with detachment. During the preparation of this work I collected much valuable information, which is surely will use to establish their own businesses. This I consider to be the most valuable contribution and I hope the reader will appreciate my efforts to improve the overall business outlook and perspective on the business world. |
