| Abstract: | Práce má za cíl prakticky popsat a zhodnotit marketingovou strategii firmy Renault Česká republika v oblasti náhradních dílů. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. Úvodní část se věnuje teoretickému základu. Po ní následuje představení společnosti Renault samotné. Další část přímo popisuje její marketingovou strategii a poslední část se snaží tuto strategii analyzovat a doporučit možná zlepšení. Většina zdrojů pro tuto práci tvoří interní dokumenty. |

| Abstract: | Aim of this paper is to practically define and evaluate marketinf strategy of Renault in Czech republic in the departement of spare parts. The work is divided into 4 parts. First parts provides us with the theoretical basis. Next part presents the company of Renault itself. After that, the marketing strategy is described. The final parts summurizes the strategy and adds few sugestion to improve it. Most of the sources of the work are intern documents. |
