| Abstract: | V první kapitole práce popisuje investiční pobídky v České republice. Zabývá se legislativní úpravou investičních pobídek v ČR, činností agentury CzechInvest, veřejnou podporou. Popisuje druhy pobídek, podmínky a postup při schvalování pobídek pro sektor zpracovatelský průmysl a obdobně specifikuje i podporu pro technologická centra a centra strategických služeb. Druhá kapitola objasňuje, co se rozumí pod pojmem přímá zahraniční investice, vyjmenovává jednotlivé formy investic a vlivy zahraničních investic na ekonomiku obecně. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na popis faktorů ovlivňujících rozhodování o umístění investice včetně role investičních pobídek. Dále porovnává pobídkové investice do zpracovatelského průmyslu s celkovými přímými zahraničními investicemi do tohoto sektoru. Uvádí hodnocení týkající se vlivu pobídkových investic na zaměstnanost v České republice a na příjmy státu. |

| Abstract: | The first part describes investment incentives in Czech republic. It consirers a legal form of incentives, activity of CzechInvest agency, public support. It describes forms of incentives, conditions and procedure by confitmation incentives of manufacturing industry and specifies support for technological centres and for centers of strategical services. The second part clarifies the definition of a foreign direct investment, it specifies forms of investment and impacts of foreign investment on an economy n general. The last part focuses on description of factors, that influences the localization of the investment including the part of the incentives. It confronts investments supported by incentives with total foreign direct investment in manufacturing industry. It shows the impact of investments supported by incentives on employment and public incomes in Czech rupublic. |
