| Abstract: | Přes všechny změny probíhající v mezinárodním společenství zůstávají stabilními formy, metody a nástroje diplomatické praxe, mezi nimiž je i diplomatický protokol. Jeho právní normy a pravidla etikety uplatňují státy, mezinárodní mezivládní organizace a účastníci mezinárodních konferencí. Právní normy diplomatického protokolu zajišťují hierarchii mezinárodních vztahů, disciplínu, organizaci -- jinými slovy faktory, bez nichž mezinárodní společenství nemůže řádně fungovat. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analyzovat diplomatický protokol Ruské federace a uvést ty nejdůležitější historické události, které měly vliv na formování norem a pravidel současného diplomatického protokolu. |

| Abstract: | Despite all the changes taking place in the international community remain stable forms, methods and tools of diplomatic practice, which include diplomatic protocol. Its legal norms and rules of etiquette apply states, international intergovernmental organizations and participants of international conferences. Legal norms of diplomatic protocol provide a hierarchy of international relations, discipline, organization - in other words, factors without which the international community can not function properly. The aim of my bachelor thesis is to analyze the diplomatic protocol of Russian Federation and list the most important historical events that influenced the shaping of contemporary norms and rules of diplomatic protocol. |
