| Abstract: | V první kapitole práce popisuje základní běloruské reálie a definuje demografickou sturkuru obyvatel. Ve druhé kapitole shrnuje stav běloruské ekonomiky a vlivy na podnikatelskou a investiční činnost. Třetí kapitola se věnuje kulturním specifikům Běloruska a jejich vlivu na bežné a zejména na obchodní jednání. Čtvrtá kapitola popisuje spolupráci České republiky a Běloruska a vymezuje nejčastější nedostatky a prohřešky při obchodním jedníní. |

| Abstract: | The first chapter describes basic realia of Belarus and defines demographic population structuren. The second chapter summarizes the state of the Belarusian economy and impacts on business and investment activities. The third chapter focuses on the cultural specifics of Belarus and their impact on current communication and trade negotiations in particular. The fourth chapter describes the cooperation of the Czech Republic and Belarus, and defines the most common shortcomings and offences in business negotiations. |
