| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je baskická gastronomie a její specifika v širším kontextu cestovního ruchu. V úvodu je zmíněn a zdůvodněn význam gastronomie pro cestovní ruch. Hlavní část práce se pak zaměřuje na region Baskicko a jeho gastronomii. Pozornost je také věnována marketingovému zpracování a propagaci baskické gastronomie. Závěrečnou součástí práce je průzkum, zda region Baskicko figuruje jako destinace cestovního ruchu v nabídce českých cestovních kanceláří. |

| Abstract: | The topic of this Bachelor's work is Basque gastronomy, specifically in the wider context of tourism. The introductory chapters examine the importance of gastronomy for tourism. The main part of the text provides a detailed treatment of the Basque region and its gastronomy. The marketing and propagation of Basque gastronomy is analysed here with great attention to detail. The final section of the work depicts the Basque region as tourist destination for Czech travel agencies. |
