| Abstract: | V práci se řeší problematika přímých zahraničních investic (PZI) v rozvojových zemích, a jejich vliv na ekonomiku této skupiny států. V první části jsou popsány toky PZI do rozvojových zemí v posledních dvou dekádách. Druhá část práce se věnuje dopadům PZI na ekonomiku rozvojových zemí, přičemž tyto jevy člení na pozitivní a negativní. Poslední kapitola se pak věnuje ekonomickému vývoji Číny v souvislosti s přílivem PZI do této země. Závěrem jsou pak zhodnoceny všechny poznatky z práce. |

| Abstract: | This work explains foreign direct investment (FDI) in developing countries and their impact on the economy of this group of states. The first section describes the flows of FDI to developing countries in the last two decades. The second part deals with the effects of FDI on the economies of developing countries, and these phenomena are divided into positives and negatives. The last chapter focuses on economic development of China in connection with the inflow of FDI into the country. All the evidences are reviewed at the end of my work. |
