| Abstract: | Otázka vstupu Ruska do WTO je dnes velice aktuální. Ruská federace uvažuje o přistoupení od roku 1993 a v dnešní době je poslední významnou světovou ekonomikou, která ještě není členem této organizace. Předkládaná práce je členěna do třech hlavních částí, v nichž se věnuji hlavně těmto oblastem: dosavadní vývoj postojů Ruska a WTO, současná situace ve vyjednávání a budoucí možný vývoj. Pozornost bude věnována problematickým otázkám jakými jsou zemědělství, přístup na trh zboží a služeb a některé další. Dále je zmíněna současná situace ve vyjednávání, a to hlavně s vybranými zeměmi. V poslední části se zaměřím na to, jak by mohl vstup Ruska do WTO ovlivnit ruskou ekonomickou a sociální situaci a zda je v blízké budoucnosti reálný. |

| Abstract: | Russia's accession the WTO is an extremely live issue nowadays. The Russian accession process began in 1993. Nevertheless, one of the world's largest economies is still not a member of the WTO. This thesis is devided into three main parts focusing on the evolution of the process of accession, its progress and potencial future evolvement. Attention will be paid to the issues concerning agriculture, market access in goods and services and some others. The current state of the negotiations will be described later in the paper. The last part of it focuses on the impact of Russia's accession on the social and economic situation in the country and whether its accession is possible in the near future. |
