| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je zpracovat strategickou analýzu společnosti Dřevis a na základě výsledků této analýzy formulovat doporučení, která společnosti pomohou lépe fungovat a zlepší její pozici v boji s konkurencí. V první části práce je strategická analýza popsaná z hlediska teoretického. V praktické části se práce nejprve zabývá analýzou okolí, kde je použita PEST analýza a Porterův model pěti sil. Dále se práce věnuje analýze podniku, jejíž součástí je identifikace a analýza zdrojů podniku a také analýza schopností podniku, kde je použit hodnotový řetězec. Na základě výsledků analýzy okolí a analýzy podniku je sestavena SWOT analýza a formulována strategická doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to prepare a strategic analysis of Drevis company and pursuant to the results of this analysis formulate recommendations that will help company to operate more effectively and improve its position in the competitors fight. In the first part is the strategic analysis described from a theoretical point of view. The practical part of the Bachelor thesis first deals with the external analysis, where is used PEST analysis and Porter's five forces model. Further the Bachelor thesis deals with internal analysis which includes the identification and analysis of company resources and also analysis of company skills, where is used the value chain. Pursuant to the results of external analysis and internal analysis SWOT analysis is made and recommendations are formulated. |
