| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je provedení finanční analýzy společnosti Arval, s.r.o. za období let 2006 až 2009. Účelem analýzy je prozkoumání finanční situace firmy z pohledu manažera společnosti, která se zabývá operativním leasingem, a ověření jejího postavení na trhu. V teoretické části je charakterizována podstata finanční analýzy, uživatelé a popsány metody analýzy absolutních ukazatelů, poměrových ukazatelů, celkové zhodnocení výkonnosti podniku a metody použité pro mezipodnikové srovnání. V praktické části je nejprve zanalyzován trh leasingu, představena společnost a poté až aplikovány vybrané metody. Srovnání výsledných hodnot je provedeno v čase a s konkurenčními podniky. Mezipodnikové srovnání je provedeno se společnostmi LeasePlan Česká republika, s.r.o.; Business Lease, s.r.o. a Škofin, s.r.o. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is the financial analysis of the company Arval, Ltd. for the period 2006-2009 to establish the financial situation of company from the perspective of manager and determine its position in the market of the leasing company. In the theoretical part is characterized the nature of financial analysis, the users and the methods the analysis of absolute indicator, financial ratios, evaluation of business performance and methods used in inter--company comparison. In the practical part is analyzed leasing market first, then presented the company and next selected methods applied. Values of indicators are compared over time and compared with competitors. Selected competitors are LeasePlan, Ltd., Business Lease, Ltd. and Škofin, Ltd. |
