| Abstract: | Zpracování finanční analýzy výrobního podniku Siemens Elektromotory, s.r.o, z pohledu externího uživatele na základě výročních zpráv z let 2003 až 2009. Použité nástroje finanční analýzy jsou horizontální a vertikální analýzy účetních výkazů, analýza poměrových ukazatelů, pyramidový rozklad rentability vlastního kapitálu (ROE), ekonomická přidaná hodnota (EVA), bankrotní a bonitní modely. Finanční analýza je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. V první části je popsána teorie a metodický aparát. Druhá část je praktická, kde jsou interpretovány výsledky konkrétních čísel a grafů. Výsledky výpočtů jsou porovnávány s odvětvím. |

| Abstract: | The financial analysis of the manufacturing company, Siemens Elektromotory, s.r.o., from the basic external view of the analytical data available from the annual statements of the period 2003-2009. The instruments of financial analysis are applied to the horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements, analysis of ratio indicators, pyramidal decomposition of ROE (return on equity), EVA (economic value added) and bankruptcy prediction models. The financial analysis is divided into two main parts. In the first part are descriptive theories and methodological apparatus. The second application part introduces particular numbers and graphs with its interpretation. Outcomes are compared to the industrial averages. |
