| Abstract: | Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo zpracovat a vyhodnotit podnikatelský záměr z oblasti zubního lékařství. Podnikatelský záměr byl zpracován pro vznikající zubní praxi Endivia Dent, jež vytvořila moderní zubní kliniku v centru Českých Budějovic, která poskytuje svým pacientům nejen současné nejmodernější přístupy a technologie ve stomatologii, ale i komfortní přístup a prostředí, ve kterém se pacienti pohybují. Vzhledem k tomu, že je podnikatelský plán určen pro interní účely a pro rozhodování samotného podnikatele, jako teoretická metoda řešení byla využita podrobná finanční analýza se zaměřením na analýzu kvantitativní. Podstatná část finanční analýzy, jakožto hlavní podklad pro vyhodnocení finanční stránky projektu, byla zaměřena na metodu poměrových ukazatelů rentability, likvidity, aktivity a zadluženosti. Společnost Endivia Dent je v hodnoceném období posuzována jako finančně zdravá společnost s výbornou úrovní likvidity a relativně vysokou rentabilitou celkového kapitálu. Ke konci sledovaného období jsou splaceny veškeré dlouhodobé cizí zdroje a je nashromážděno vysoké množství vlastního kapitálu, tudíž si společnost může dovolit investovat do dalších aktivit či přijmout nový úvěr a rozšířit svou činnost. Celkově byl tento podnikatelský záměr vyhodnocen jako úspěšný a životaschopný s dobrou perspektivou pro další rozvoj a rozšiřování. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis was processing and evalution of the business plan from the field of dentistry. The business plan was prepared for the emerging dental practice Endivia Dent, who created a modern dental clinic in the centre of České Budějovice, which provides to her patients not only present the latest approaches and technologies in dentistry, but also a comfortable access and the environment in which patients move. With regard to the fact the business plan is designed for internal purposes and for decision-making the businessman. As a theoretical method of a solution was used the detailed financial analysis with a focus on the quantitative analysis. The financial analysis was focused on the method of ratio indexes of the profitability, the liquidity, the activity and the leverage. The company Endivia Dent is under review in the rated period as a financially healthy company with excellent levels of liquidity and relatively high profitability of the total capital. At the end of the period are repaid all long-term foreign resources, and is accumulated a high amounts of the self capital, hence the company can afford to invest to other activities or to adopt new loans and expand their activity. Overall, this business plan was assessed as successful and viable with good perspective for the further development and the expansion. |
