| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je provést analýzu stavu vzdělávání ve společnosti Hennlich Industrietechnik s.r.o. Litoměřice. Mým záměrem je analyzovat stav vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve společnosti a porovnat ho s jinými možnostmi v oblasti vzdělávání, které jsou uvedeny v literatuře nebo jsou nabízeny úřady práce či v rámci fondů Evropské unie. Dalším cílem je zaměřit se na oblast snižování nákladů na vzdělávání. V teoretické části vycházím z údajů z odborné literatury a odborných článků, které se týkají dané problematiky. V praktické části vycházím jak z teoretických poznatků, tak z postřehů, znalostí a faktů získaných v rámci průzkumu společnosti. Konečná podoba práce zahrnuje teoretické údaje a praktické poznatky a jejich analýzu a hodnocení, návrhy a doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this paper is to analyze the state of education in company Hennlich Industrietechnik Ltd. Litomerice. My intention is to analyze the state of training of employees in the company and compare it with other options in the area of education, which are listed in the literature or are offered in employment offices in the European Union funds. Another aim is to focus on reducing the costs of education. The theoretical part will be based on data from technical literature and professional articles related to this issue. The practical part will be based on both theoretical knowledge and the insights, knowledge and facts gathered in the survey of the company. The final form of the assesment will include theoretical and practical data and information analysis and evaluation, suggestions and recommendations. |
