| Abstract: | Práce analyzuje dobrovolné nástroje ve vztahu k EU. Cílem práce je zjistit, jestli jsou dobrovolné nástroje vhodným prostředkem k ochraně životního prostředí a jaká je úroveň jejich podpory Evropskou unií. Nejprve práce představí východiska environmentální politiky na úrovni podniku a environmentální politiku EU. Dále je popsán model optimálního vlivu znečišťovatele na životní prostředí. Poslední dvě kapitoly se věnují dobrovolným nástrojům. Po krátkém úvodním představení dobrovolných nástrojů práce analyzuje jejich ekonomické vlastnosti, a jak se projeví v modelu optima. Následně práce odpovídá na otázku, jaká je úroveň podpory těchto nástrojů v EU a představí dva ryze unijní nástroje - EMAS a ekoznačka EU. |

| Abstract: | This thesis analyses the voluntary instruments in relationship to EU. The goal of this work is to find out, if the voluntary instruments represent a proper mean to protect the environment and how does the European Union stands in their support. At the beginning the thesis introduces the base of environmental policy at the bussiness level and then the EU environmental policy. Next there is described a model of optimal influance of the polluter to the environment. Last two chapters are about the voluntary instruments themselves. After their short introduction the thesis analyses their economical features and how can they be expressed in the model. Then the work answers the question, how does the European Union stands in their support and introduces two unique EU instruments -- EMAS and ekolabel EU. |
