| Abstract: | Budování obchodních i společenských vztahů a jejich udržování v co nejkompaktnější síti - networking - je důležitou aktivitou současných firem. Pro neziskový subjekt, konkrétněji pro organizaci cestovního ruchu v destinaci, je vytváření kontaktů takřka nutností. Popis mechanismu networkingu, jeho význam a příklady využívání v profesních sdruženích nabízí práce jako teoretický základ pro následnou analýzu: nakolik organizace cestovního ruchu v České republice udržují vztahy s jednotlivými zájmovými skupinami v destinaci, aby danou oblast co nejlépe prezentovaly (potenciálním) návštěvníkům. |

| Abstract: | Networking - building up professional and social relationships and their maintainance in the most compact network possible - that is one of key activities of todays' companies. Creation of new contacts is for a non-profit organisation (e.g. a destination company) next to essential. This thesis gives a theoretical background by description of networking mechanism, his importance and his use in professional organisations. Then the analysis should describe the situation in the Czech Republic: how tourism organisations apply networking in communication with interest groups in the destination, because successful networking could notably help promote the destination to its (potential) visitors. |
