| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá aktuální situací ve využívání partnerství veřejného a soukromého sektoru při zajišťování veřejné služby či infrastruktury a to jak v České republice, tak ve vybraných evropských zemích. Nejprve jsou zde charakterizovány PPP projekty a popsán celý proces přípravy a realizace projektu. Dále je analyzován přístup klíčových evropských institucí, jako je Evropská komise a Evropská investiční banka, k této problematice. Zvláštní důraz je kladen na analýzu reakcí těchto institucí na probíhající finanční krizi. Součástí práce je také popis vývoje využívání PPP ve Velké Británii a Francii opět s důrazem na způsob, kterým vlády těchto zemí podporují PPP za současné hospodářské situace. Poslední část práce, včetně případové studie, se zabývá aktuální situací v České republice. Závěr práce je věnován zamyšlení nad pravděpodobnými příčinami velmi omezeného používání PPP v České republice a nastínění potřebných změn. |

| Abstract: | Main subject of my diploma thesis is an actual situation in application of Public Private Partnership in both the Czech Republic and Europe. Firstly, the main characteristics and a general process of creating PPP project are described. Risk management, one of the most important aspects of PPP is a subject for the second chapter. Furthermore, I analyse the approaches to the application of PPP from the view of the crucial European institutions such as European Commission and European Investment Bank, especially I am concerned about their reactions to the Global financial crises. My thesis includes the analyses of the PPP markets in both Great Britain and France. Lastly, the situation of PPP market in the Czech Republic is examined, and a business case about just emerging local PPP project is included. |
