| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku distribuce léčivých přípravků, které obsahují účinnou látku pseudoefedrin. Tyto léčivé přípravky jsou zneužívány právě kvůli své účinné látce k výrobě návykového metamfetaminu (pervitinu). Cílem práce je zmapovat vývoj restrikcí, které se těchto léčiv v minulosti týkaly a charakterizovat současný stav této problematiky. V práci jsou nejprve vymezeny teoretické poznatky z oblasti ekonomie a drogové problematiky. Praktická část se zabývá historickým vývojem restrikcí a zhodnocením současného stavu. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is focused on the distribution of medicinal products containing the active ingredient pseudoephedrine. These medicines are misused because of its active substance to produce an addictive methamphetamine (meth). The aim is to monitor the development restrictions associated with those drugs in the past, concern and characterize the current status of this issue. In the thesis, the theoretical knowledge of economics and drug problems. The practical part deals with the historical development of restrictions and evaluation of the status quo. |
