| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je poskytnout podnikatelským subjektům z oblasti mezinárodního obchodu ucelené informace o principech fungování cel včetně detailnějších vysvětlení právních předpisů upravujících mezinárodní obchod v podmínkách Evropské unie. Výklad pravidel je podán praktickým způsobem tak, aby bylo srozumitelně objasněno nejen obecné pozadí celní politiky Evropské unie, ale i konkrétní dopady některých pravidel na fungování mezinárodního obchodu. Praktický výklad pravidel se soustředí především na postup při sazebním zařazování zboží do Kombinované nomenklatury Evropských společenství. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of this thesis is to give complete information about customs system within European Union. It contains explanation of general principals and legal regulations on which international trade is based. The thesis provides detailed introduction into the basic regulations of the Combined Nomenclature and leads us through the process of classifying of the goods in the Combined Nomenclature. |
