| Abstract: | The thesis aims at exploring what the role of career guidance services for CEMS students in their job search is, and at proposing a number of recommendations for further development of CEMS career services. First part of this thesis will provide us with a necessary theoretical background on career choice, career management and development, and career guidance. Then, CEMS and its current career services offer will be presented in brief. Finally, an analysis of a research that we have conducted within CEMS graduates community will enable us to formulate a number of recommendations for CEMS career services improvement. |

| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce bylo pochopit význam kariérního poradenství pro CEMS studenty a jeho vliv na hledání pracovního uplatnění studentů, jakož i definovat doporučení pro další rozvoj služeb kariérního poradenství v rámci CEMSu. První část diplomové práce definuje pojem kariéra, předkládá základní teorie z oblasti kariérního rozvoje a výběru, zabývá se kariérním řízením a představuje koncept kariérního poradenství. Následující kapitola v krátkosti popisuje společnost CEMS a její existující nabídku kariérních služeb. Další část práce představuje metodologii výzkumu a zabývá se podrobnou analýzou jeho výsledků za účelem formulace doporučení pro rozvoj kariérních služeb společnosti CEMS. |
