| Abstract: | Předmětem diplomové práce je problematika řízení po linii výkonů a s ní spojená tvorba kalkulací s důrazem na konkrétní průmyslový podnik. První část je věnována popisu kalkulací z teoretického hlediska. V druhé části využívám teoretických poznatků k analýze kalkulačního systému společnosti Alika a. s. Vyústěním této části je zhodnocení kalkulačního systému společnosti s upozorněním na jeho nedostatky a následným zpracováním navržených úprav při tvorbě kalkulací. Mým cílem je nabídnout společnosti kalkulační vzorec, který bude moci využít při řešení rozhodovacích úloh, jenž jsou pro ní významné. |

| Abstract: | This dissertation is focused on management of costing in connection with calculation output with emphasis to specific industial firm. First part describes calculations based on theoretical aspect. Second part is focused on theoretical knowledges of the analysis of costing system of company Alika, a.s. This part finally valorize the costing system of the company warning for its disadvantages and subsequent processing of the proposed modifications for a calculation output. My goal is to offer them a calculation formula, which can be used for solving decision tasks, that are important for them. |
