| Abstract: | Předmětem diplomové práce je teoretické vymezení oblasti odpovědnostního řízení a jeho následná aplikace v informačním systému Business Navigation. První část je věnována organizačním předpokladům kvalitativního odpovědnostního řízení, a na to navazujícím instrumentálním a informačním předpokladům. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak informační systém uspokojuje informační předpoklady pro efektivní odpovědnostní řízení a najít případné nedostatky v systému. |

The first part is focused on organizational premises of qualitative responsibility controls, next instrumental and informative premises. The result of the thesis is to find out how Business Navigation System fills premises for efficient responsibility controls and to find eventual deficiencies of system. |
