| Abstract: | V práci se zabývám plněním rozpočtu MČ Praha - Čakovice v letech 2008 - 2009. V praktické části srovnávám hospodaření v těchto letech s obdobnými městskými částmi v Praze a dále hodnotím schopnost této městské části plnit stanovený rozpočet. Teoretická část práce se zabývá zejména legislativními východisky ve státní samosprávě. |
