| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřená na popis a zhodnocení aktuální podpory podnikání a seznámení s nejdůležitějšími oblastmi podpory podnikání, jako jsou podpora malého a středního podnikání, podpora podnikatelského prostředí, podpora výzkumu, vývoje a inovací, podpora exportu, jak z domácích tak z Evropských fondů. Značná pozornost je věnována podpoře výzkumu, vývoje a inovací, jako nejdůležitějších prvků k posílení konkurenceschopnosti Evropské ekonomiky ve světovém měřítku, a to v porovnání s jejími největšími světovými konkurenty, jako jsou Japonsko a USA. Další část je zaměřená na přímou a nepřímou podporu podnikání v rámci jednotlivých operačních programů, srovnání OPPI a OPPP. Závěrečná část je věnována podpoře podnikání v období světové finanční krize a opatřením, která byla přijata v této souvislosti. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is focused on description and evaluation of current support of business activities, as well as on presentation of the most important fields of business activities, such as a support of small-scale and middle-scale enterprises, support of business activities environment, support of research, development and innovations, support of export -- both from European and national funds. Considerable attention was paid to a support of research, development and innovations, as these are the most important elements to strengthen the competitiveness of European economics on a world-wide scale, comparing it with its largest world competitors, such as Japan and USA. Next part is focused on direct and indirect support of business activities within the scope of particular operational programmes, comparing OPEI (Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovations) and OPIE (Operational Programme Industry and Enterprise). The closing part is about the support of business activities within the period of world financial crises and measurements adopted in relation with such a situation. |
