| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou finančního hospodaření obce Ledeč nad Sázavou v letech 2008 -- 2010 a hledá možnosti ke zlepšení tohoto hospodaření. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. První část, tedy část teoretická, je zaměřena na klasifikaci základních pojmů. Témata se týkají obce, orgánů obce, působnosti obce, rozpočtu obce a majetku obce. V návaznosti na teoretickou část je v praktické části provedena analýza hospodaření obce Ledeč nad Sázavou. Je popsán jak majetek a závazky, tak jsou analyzovány příjmy a výdaje. Jako hlavní výkazy k vypracování této práce, byly použity rozpočty a závěrečné účty obce z let 2008 až 2010. V závěru práce je důkladné zhodnocení hospodaření obce Ledeč nad Sázavou společně s návrhem na zlepšení hospodaření a prognóza vývoje do dalších let. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor thesis mainly deals with the analysis of the analysis of the economic result of the municipality Ledec nad Sazavou during 2008 -- 2010 years and tries to find new ways / possibilities for its improvement. The thesis is divided into two parts -- theoretical and practical. First part (theoretical) is focused on the classification of basic concepts. Topics are related to the concerned municipality, its municipal authorities, scope of activities, the municipal budget and its structure and finally municipality properties. Following the theoretical part of this Bachelor thesis the practical part shows a real analysis of costs management of the municipality Ledec nad Sazavou. It analyses both assets with liabilities, and income with expenditures. The main statements for working out this work which were used are the following: the real profit and loss statements together with closing reports of the years 2008 -- 2010. The conclusion of this thesis thoroughly evaluates the costs management /economic activity of the municipality Ledec nad Sazavou together with suggestions for its improving and prognosis for the coming years. |
