| Abstract: | Tato práce popisuje základní pojmy trhu práce v souvislosti se zadaným tématem. Sumarizuje jednotlivé povinnosti zaměstnavatelů vůči úřadu práce dle Zákona o zaměstnanosti. Dále shrnuje nároky zaměstnavatelů vůči úřadu práce s důrazem na aktivní politiku zaměstnanosti. V kapitolách jsou průběžně uváděny aktuální informace a souvislosti. Součástí práce jsou také praktické příklady. |

The thesis summarizes also claims of employers against the Labor Office, with an emphasis on active employment policy. |
