| Abstract: | Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám problematikou zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. V teoretické části mé bakalářské práce se zaměřuji na vymezení základních pojmů, např. trh práce, vymezení osob se zdravotním postižením, na aktivní politiku zaměstnanosti, na její nástroje, atd. V praktické části porovnávám dva kraje, konkrétně kraj Vysočina a Jihočeský kraj v zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. |

In the theoretical part of my thesis is the focuse on the definition of basic concepts, such as the labour market, the definition of persons with disabilities, an active employment policy and its instruments, etc. In the practice of comparing two regions, namely Region Vysočina and Jihočeský Region in the employment of persons with disabilities. |
