| Abstract: | Jedna ze zemí, která patří k nejvzdálenějším od České republiky nejen z pohledu geografického, ale například i technologického, ekonomického či demografického, je Japonsko. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a porovnáním fungování dvou pracovních trhů a jejich hlavních ukazatelů, především zaměstnaností a nezaměstnaností. V úvodu je popsána, s pracovním trhem velmi související, oblast demografie ve vybraných zemích, konkrétně v České republice a Japonsku. Předpokládám, že Japonsko je na tom ohledně demografie a situace na trhu práce lépe. Cílem práce je popsat vývoj analyzovaných proměnných a případně zjistit důvody současného, případně budoucího stavu. |

| Abstract: | One of the countries, which belongs in the furthermost ones from the Czech republic not only from geographical, but also from technological, economic and demographic points of view, is Japan. This text is engaged in the analysis and functioning of the two labour markets and their main indicators, especially employment and unemployment. At the beginning is decribed also Japanese and Czech sphere of demography, which is connected with labour market as well. I assume that in respect of demography and labour market the Japanese situation is currently in a better position. The goal of this text is to describe development of the analysed variables and eventually find out the reasons of the current or future state. |
