| Abstract: | Předmětem mojí bakalářské práce "Postavení žen na trhu práce v ČR" je zjistit, jakou pozici zaujímají ženy jako pracovní síla. Popisuje základní genderové pojmy a zákony, které mají chránit proti diskriminaci. Představuje také flexibilní formy pracovních úvazků, které by mohly ženám usnadnit slaďování práce a rodiny. Na závěr jsem provedla menší průzkum, který ukazuje, jak na tom české ženy na trhu práce jsou. Jde o reprezentativní výzkumný vzorek, protože jsem se dotazovala žen různého věku, pohlaví i sociálního postavení. |

| Abstract: | The topic of my thesis is "Women's Position on the Employment Market in the Czech Republic," their standing as labour force. The thesis lays out basic gender terminology and antidiscrimination laws. It also suggests how flexible workload concepts could ease coordination of work and family life for women. A large proportion of the text is devoted to maternity or parenting leave and how trends evolve concerning that matter. I end up my topic in a research depicting the position of women as workforce. I used a representative sample for research as the women questioned are of different ages and social positions |
