| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení realizace plánu sociálních služeb ve vybraném území, konkrétně vyhodnocení realizace plánu sociálních služeb ve městě Litoměřice. V Litoměřicích v roce 2009 skončila realizace Druhého komunitního plánu sociálních služeb města Litoměřice na období let 2007 -- 2009. Vyhodnocení realizace tohoto plánu je z pohledu cílů. Každý cíl je definován spolu s opatřením (projektem), u některých cílů je více opatření. Cíle jsou definovány za každou skupinu zvlášť. V teoretické části práce je popsána problematika komunitního plánování, vysvětlen pojem sociální služba. Dále je vysvětleno komunitní plánování sociálních služeb, definováno, co je to komunitní plán, jeho realizace a jeho vyhodnocení. V praktické části je nejdříve představeno město Litoměřice a Druhý komunitní plán sociálních služeb města Litoměřice na období let 2007 -- 2009. Po představení plánu jsou představeny pracovní skupiny, jejich cíle a opatření. V poslední kapitole praktické části je vyhodnocení realizace cílů komunitního plánu sociálních služeb města Litoměřice. |

| Abstract: | This essay is about evaluation of social services plan on selected area -- especially in the city Litoměřice. In Litoměřice ended the realization of "Second community plan of social services of the city Litoměřice for years 2007 -- 2009" in 2009. The evaluation of realization of this plan is from the view of goals. Every goal is defined together with a precaution (project), with certain goals, there are more precautions. All goals are defined separately for each group. Regards to the theoretical part there is description of problematic of community planning, there is an explanation of the term "social service". Furthermore is explained how are the social services planed, it is defined what community plan is, its realization and evaluation. Regards to the practical part i is primary introduced the city Litoměřice and the "Second community plan of social services of the city Litoměřice for years 2007 -- 2009". After the introduction of the plan are presented work groups, goals and precautions of these work groups. In the last chapter of practical part is the evaluation of the goals of community plan realization of city Litoměřice. |
