| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem situace v malém rodinném podniku Veselý-servis, s.r.o. a navrhuje opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení jeho prosperity. V teoretické části je vymezeno rodinné podnikání a jeho hlavní specifika. Dále jsou popsány vybrané oblasti z managementu, řízení lidských zdrojů, finančního řízení a marketingu, ovlivňující výkonnost podniku. Praktická část je zaměřena na popis podniku vedoucí k identifikaci problémových míst v rámci výše jmenovaných oblastí a jsou předloženy návrhy vedoucí ke zvýšení prosperity podniku. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor Paper deals with the situation of a small family business Veselý-servis s.r.o. and suggests measurements leading to the improvement of its prosperity. The theoretical part more closely defines the family business and its main specifications. It is followed by the analysis of topics like management, human resources management, financial management and marketing, which influence the effectiveness and economy of the business. The practical part focuses on the issues leading to the identification of problematic areas in the aforementioned fields, and finally presents the suggestions supporting the improvement of the business' welfare. |
