| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem práce je analýza současného stavu proexportní politiky České republiky a jejího zabezpečení z hlediska institucionálního rámce. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První kapitola se zabývá institucionálním řešením podpory exportu a jednotlivými formami podpory exportu. Tato kapitola se také blíže zabývá vývojem, charakteristikou a nabízenými produkty jednotlivých institucí státní podpory. Druhá část práce je věnována samotným problémům systému proexportní politiky České republiky a připravenosti českých exportérů využít možnosti stávajícího systému podpory exportu. Pozornost je věnována zejména problémům souvisejících s dopady světové finanční krize. Jedná se o problém poklesu odbytu na trzích EU, exportní strategie ČR a v neposlední řadě neefektivní ekonomické diplomacie České republiky. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current state of export policy of the Czech Republic and its security in the institutional framework. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first chapter deals with the institutional solution to support exports and the particular forms of export promotion. This chapter also deals with development, characteristics and products offered by various institutions of the state aid. The second part is dedicated to the problems of export policy and the readiness of the Czech Republic Czech exporters to profit from the existing system of export promotion. The attention is paid to issues related to the global financial crisis. This is the problem of declining sales in EU markets, Export Strategy, and finally ineffective economic diplomacy of the Czech Republic. |
