| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá firemní kulturou mezinárodní poradenské společnosti v České republice. Cílem je zhodnotit význam firemní kultury pro společnost, působení národní kultury na utváření té firemní a možnost implementace firemní kultury mezinárodní společnosti do českého kulturního prostředí. První část práce vysvětluje teorii kultury a firemní kultury. Ve druhé, praktické části je popsána firemní kultura vybrané společnosti, jsou aplikovány teoretické poznatky v praxi. |

| Abstract: | The thesis describes corporate culture of global advisory company in the Czech Republic. The main aim of the thesis is to determine importance of corporate culture for an organization, influence of a national culture on formation of the corporate one and a success of implementing the corporate culture of global company in the Czech Republic. The first part explains theory of culture and corporate culture, the second one focuses on the corporate culture of the chosen company. |
