| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje roli malých a středních podniků v české ekonomice. V první části je podrobněji analyzována jejich úloha v ekonomice ČR a jejich vývoj od roku 2000. Dále jsou uvedeny také možnosti podpory dostupné malým a středním podnikům. V praktické části jsou na příkladu konkrétní drobné firmy analyzovány hlavní faktory ovlivňující její konkurenceschopnost na zahraničních trzích. Důraz byl kladen na organizaci výroby, marketing, distribuci a finanční řízení firmy. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the position of small and medium enterprises in the czech economy. Their actual macroeconomic position and their development since 2000 are presented in the first chapter. This chapter equally presents the support possibilities offered to small and medium enterprises in the Czech Republic. In the practical chapter main factors influencing the exporting competitivness of a small enterprise are presented based on an analysis of a concrete small exporting enterprise. The focus is put especially on the production, marketing, distribution and financial management of the international trade. |
