| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává o vzdělávání a rozvoji pedagogických pracovníků, přičemž jejím cílem je analýza dalšího vzdělávání a rozvoje pedagogických pracovníků na základních školách a gymnáziích, zdali probíhají v souladu s platnými zákony, dále jakým způsobem je další vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků uskutečňováno v praxi, a to na vzorku základních škol a gymnázií. Aktuální stav dalšího vzdělávání pedagogických pracovníků byl zjišťován pomocí dotazníkového šetření a výsledky tohoto šetření, včetně pojmenování problémů a uvedení návrhů na možné zlepšení stávajícího stavu, jsou uvedeny v praktické části. V závěru je zhodnoceno, jak a v čem se skutečný stav liší od teoretických východisek ukotvených v zákonech. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor's Thesis deals with the training and development of teaching staff and its aim is to analyse the further education of teaching staff in primary schools and grammar schools, firstly to see whether it is conducted in accordance with applicable laws and then to discover how the further education of teachers is carried out in practice. This was investigated on a sample of primary schools and grammar schools. The current status of the further education of teaching staff was investigated by a questionnaire survey and the results of this investigation, including the identification of problems and proposals for possible improvements to the current situation, are given in the practical part. The conclusion is drawn about how the actual situation differs from the theoretical foundations anchored in the law. |
