| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je zpracovat odhad tržní hodnoty podniku GRUND, a.s. za účelem prodeje zatím neznámému kupci, a to formou znaleckého posudku. Před oceněním společnosti byla provedena strategická analýza, která je jednou z klíčových fází oceňování podniku, neboť tvoří výchozí základnu pro následné ocenění. Na strategickou analýzu navazuje finanční analýza, ve které je nastíněno celkové zdraví podniku. Následně jsou vymezeny jednotlivé generátory tvorby hodnoty a uveden finanční plán jednotlivých výkazů společnosti. Pro samotné ocenění společnosti byla použita metoda DCF Entity, pro doplnění a srovnání byla společnost oceněna také metodou účetní hodnoty. |

| Abstract: | The goal of the diploma paper is to work up market values of GRUND Corp for the purpose of selling to a meanwhile unknown buyer in a form of experts' opinion. A strategic analysis was made before evaluating the company which is one of the key phases of company evaluating, because it makes the initial base for the following evaluation. The strategic analysis is followed by a financial analysis in which a general health of the plant is presented. Consequently, individual creating value generators are defined, and a financial plan of individual company statements is introduced. The DCF Entity method was used for evaluating the company itself, for completion and comparison the company was evaluated with the book-value method. |
