| Abstract: | Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je norma ISO 9001. Míra plnění požadavků normy je zkoumána u organizace KOPY TRUCK s.r.o., která má systém managementu kvality ISO 9001:2008 již implementován. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda společnost KOPY TRUCK s.r.o. opravdu plní požadavky normy ISO 9001, poukázat na silná a slabá místa organizace a doporučit možnosti zlepšování již nastaveného systému. V první řadě práce definuje pojem kvalita a její vývoj v čase. Dále zachycuje přístupy managementu kvality, které jsou v současnosti organizacemi využívány. V práci nechybí ani normy ISO řady 9000, kde podrobněji popisuji českou technickou normu ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009, jejíž struktury a obsahu je využito v praktické části pro zhodnocení míry plnění požadavků normy v organizaci KOPY TRUCK s.r.o. Při analýze jednotlivých prvků normy jsem dospěla k závěru, že společnost plní její požadavky. Pouze jsem navrhla nová řešení pro větší efektivnost QMS. Tato doporučení se týkají především dokumentace, politiky kvality a získávání referencí od zákazníků. |

| Abstract: | The subject of my bachelor's thesis is the standard of ISO 9001. The rate of the standard's requirements is examined for the organization KOPY TRUCK s.r.o. This corporation has had a quality management system of ISO 9001:2008 already implemented. The aim of my bachelor's thesis is to ascertain if this organization fulfil the requirements of ISO 9001 and refer to strengths and weaknesses of this corporation. If need be recommend some possibilities of improvement in the system. The first defines the subject of the quality and its development over time. In addition it records of the quality management approaches that are currently used by organizations. In the thesis there are also the standards of ISO 9000, where is described in detail the Czech technical standard of ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009. The structure and the content of the Czech technical standard are used in practice to assess the degree of compliance standards in the corporation KOPY TRUCK s.r.o. When I had analysed the individual standard's elements, I came to the conclusion that the company fulfil the requirements. I have only proposed some new solutions to increase the effectiveness of QMS. These recommendations relate mainly to the documentation of the policy quality and getting some references from customers. |
