| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je celkové zhodnocení řízení Uměleckoprůmyslového muzea v Praze, dále zpracování návazné analýzy jednotlivých organizačních složek, návštěvníků a potenciálních klientů muzea. V návaznosti jsou pak vypracovány návrhy a opatření strategického plánování při řízení umělecké organizace obdobného typu. |

Following are then drawn up the proposals and measures of strategic planning in managing arts organizations of similar type. |
