| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda došlo vstupem do Schengenského prostoru ke změnám v oblastech imigrace a trestné činnosti v ČR. Práce charakterizuje proces vstupu ČR do Schengenského prostoru, analyzuje vliv vstupu na trestnou činnost a imigraci pracovní síly, v neposlední řadě analyzuje dopad uvedených faktorů na vývoj ekonomiky ČR a podává řešení. Práce srovnává stav před vstupem, komentuje, čím byl způsoben pohyb těchto ukazatelů a nastiňuje jejich vývoj. Srovnáváním statistických údajů práce zcela vyvrací přesvědčení o tom, že pouhé uvolnění hranic může za pohyby uvedených faktorů, ať už směrem nahoru nebo dolů. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is to determine whether an entry into the Schengen area changes in the areas of immigration and crime in the country. The work describes the process of accession to the Schengen area, analyzes the impact of entry on crime and immigration workers, not least in analyzing the impact of these factors on economic development and provides solutions to the CR. The thesis compares the situation before, commenting on what caused the movement of these indicators and outlines their development. Comparing statistical work completely refutes the belief that the mere release of the border for the movement of these factors, either upwards or downwards. |
