| Abstract: | Předmětem této práce je zhodnocení podmínek vstupu zahraničního subjektu do Kambodže. Úvodní část rámcově shrnuje fakta o historickém vývoji a o geografickém a sociálním prostředí země. Samostatná část je pak věnována nedávnému vývoji a současnému stavu politické situace a především ekonomiky země. Více konkrétněji zaměřená třetí kapitola popisuje investiční prostředí země včetně poskytovaných investičních pobídek. Dále také podává informace týkající se právní stránky vstupu a fungování na místním trhu. Poslední část shrnuje základní kulturní odlišnosti týkající se jak běžného života, tak toho obchodního. |

| Abstract: | Subject of this thesis is to evaluate the conditions for an entry of the foreign entity to Cambodia. The introductory part of the work summarizes facts about historical development and about geographical and social environment of the country. Separate part of the work is then dedicated to the latest development and to the current political and economic situation. More specific third chapter describes the investment environment of Cambodia including the investment incentives. This part also provides information on legal aspects of entry. The last section summarizes basic cultural differences with regard to both common daily and business life. |
