| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této práce je především analyzovat, zda mají malé pivovary význam pro cestovní ruch a jakým způsobem případně usilují o propojení nabídky svého produktu účastníkům cestovního ruchu. V první části se práce zabývá obecně nápoji, jejich druhy, vývojem jejich spotřeby a také jejich významem ve výživě. Druhá část popisuje historii pivovarnictví a vývoj malých pivovarů v České republice. Ve třetí části je provedena analýza malých pivovarů v krajích a poslední část je věnována srovnání, jak ve svých produktech vybrané malé pivovary reagují na potřeby účastníků cestovního ruchu. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of this thesis is to analyze, whether small breweries are important for tourism and how they eventually make an effort to offer their products. The first part of the thesis focuses on beverages, their types, the development of their consumption and also their importance for nutrition. The second part describes the history of the Czech brewing industry and the development of small breweries. The third part analyses small breweries in regions of Czech Republic and in the last part is made a confirmation, how small breweries react on individual needs of their clients. |
